These are the two resorts in which all delegates will be staying.

High School Group Delegations will be staying at “Hilltake Spa & Resort”, in order to make it easier for chaperones to supervise the delegates. The conference venue is also at this resort.

Individual Delegates(College/High-School both) will be staying at the second accommodation option "Dhulikhel Lodge Resort". This is also near the conference venue.

NOTE: The cost of your accommodation is included in the delegate package itself, and there are no separate additional costs.


Hilltake Spa & Resort


 Hilltake Spa & Resort is situated just 20 km from central city of Kathmandu, at Sanga,on the way to Banepa. This is where the conference will be held.

This is near Hilltake Resort (Conference Venue), but will require travelling back and forth to the resort but all transport will be provided and the journey time is also not more than 15 minutes.
